You’re our guest! We’re treating all attendees to two complimentary nights at the Courtyard by Marriott LaVista. Rooms will only be available for the nights of Tuesday, June 23, and Wednesday, June 24. If additional nights are needed, please indicate this in your registration form and CLAAS staff will reach out.

What is CLAAS Harvest Horizons?

CLAAS Harvest Horizons is an exclusive agricultural business conference designed to drive operational success and reflect how CLAAS’ commitment to helping customers be the best in their field extends far beyond machinery sales. Attendees will get to visit the CLAAS North American Headquarters where they’ll experience expert-led sessions, invaluable networking opportunities, CLAAS equipment demos, factory tours and more.

Can anyone attend the Harvest Horizons conference?

Yes, you don’t need to be an existing CLAAS customer to attend. This event is geared toward ag business-minded individuals, specifically top producers seeking operational excellence. Invitees can also bring a guest from within their household.

Is there a registration fee associated with attending?

No. This event is complimentary. Attendance is free for all attendees.

After completing registration, will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes, upon registration completion you will receive a confirmation email.

When is the deadline for registration?

The registration deadline to secure a spot at the event and complimentary hotel accommodation is Monday, June 1.

What if I cannot attend Harvest Horizons in-person? Will there be an option to attend virtually?

No, this event is in-person only and there will not be a virtual attendance option.

Will sessions be recorded?

Full sessions will not be recorded. Attendees will be able to access exclusive event content, recaps and discussions.

Are meals included?

Yes, lunches and dinners will be provided at no cost to registered attendees. Grab-and-go hot breakfast sandwiches are provided at the hotel.

How do I put in a request for special needs or meals?

Dietary preferences are included in the registration process. For any additional special needs and dietary requests, please reach out to CLAAS staff at harvesthorizons@claas.com.

Am I responsible for travel and hotel accommodation expenses?

Travel, yes. Hotel accommodation, no. You are responsible for any expenses related to traveling to and from Omaha. Once in Omaha, CLAAS is offering complimentary hotel accommodation for Tuesday, June 23 and Wednesday, June 24. You will indicate your accommodation needs in your registration form. If an additional night is needed, please indicate this in your registration form and CLAAS staff will reach out.

Will there be event transportation?

Yes, shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the hotel, CLAAS campus and any other official conference locations from Tuesday through Thursday. You are also welcome to use your personal vehicle or find alternate transportation should you choose. Parking will be available at the CLAAS Omaha campus. Hotel parking is also available at no cost to attendees.

Once I’ve registered, do I need to sign up for breakout sessions?

No, you do not need to sign up for sessions. A personalized agenda will be provided to you. You will be able to view your agenda once you’ve checked in via the event app. You will receive app download and log-in instructions once you’ve registered.
